3. Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Carlos Dotta, a sole proprietorship currently being registered (VAT number not yet assigned), based in Venice, Italy ("EasyHome", "we"). For any questions, email us at easyhome24.it@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the EasyHome website and the purchase of the products offered on it. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible; small aesthetic variations (e.g. slight differences in how the sand settles) fall within normal product variability and are not a defect. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is always the one shown when you confirm your order.

4. Orders and formation of the contract

An order is considered complete once you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud, and we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if applicable.

5. Payments

Payments are handled through the methods available at checkout, securely, via the payment providers supported by Shopify. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Right of withdrawal, refunds and legal warranty

All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to EasyHome and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyHome is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the product other than its intended purpose (a decorative lamp). Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the Italian Consumer Code.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving consumers, the competent court remains that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where located in Italy, as provided under the Italian Consumer Code.

11. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the version that applies is the one published on the website at the time of your order.
