How does The Sand Lamp work?
Turn the glass disc by hand and the sand slowly falls, forming dunes and landscapes that never repeat in quite the same way. When the sand has settled, turn it again for a new scene. Switched on, the LED becomes a soft mood light; switched off, it's simply a decorative object.
Does it move on its own?
No. There's no motor: you turn it by hand and the sand moves by gravity alone. That's why it's completely silent, and why every landscape is a little different.
How is it powered?
The LED light runs on a USB cable: you can plug it into a computer, a phone charger or a power bank. No dedicated outlet needed.
What size is it?
31 cm tall × 28 cm wide.
What sand colours are available?
Six colours: black & white, blue, gold, green, purple, red.
Does the sand change colour?
No. Each lamp has one fixed sand colour, which you choose when you order: black & white, blue, gold, green, purple or red. What changes with every turn is the landscape, never the colour.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, within Italy, the European Union and internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders to Italy usually arrive in 8–11 days. Deliveries to other countries may take longer: the estimate for your address is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
When should I order to receive it by Christmas?
For delivery in Italy before Christmas, we recommend ordering by 10 December. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes: as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, we ship internationally. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. On your first order, you don't even need to physically return the product: once we've verified the request, we process a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to purchase.
What happens if the product arrives defective or damaged?
You're covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided under Italy's Consumer Code. Email us at easyhome24.it@gmail.com with a few photos of the issue, and we'll find the fastest solution — repair, replacement or refund.
Are payments secure?
Yes, payments are handled through the payment providers supported by Shopify. We never store your card details.
